As a licensed professional counselor, I employ a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach, focusing on changing thoughts to affect behavioral changes. I believe this method is transformative and can aid in managing and overcoming various mental health issues.
What kind of issues do you specialize in?
I specialize in dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger management. I work with clients to uncover the root causes of these problems and develop effective coping strategies to navigate them.
Do you offer tele mental health counseling?
Yes, in addition to traditional in-person therapy, I am a board-certified tele mental health counselor. This allows me to extend my reach and assist individuals who may not be able to access or prefer not to use traditional in-person services.
